Figma introduced Variables at Config, and the design world is upside down. Check this short Demo.

I have come across a convincing explanation of the functioning of variables for prototypes.

Here is a summary of other Figma updates: wrap auto-layout, ready status for sections, and min and max width and height for components.

When you master the new updates, you can even write in prototypes with the correct conditions 🥹

On a separate note, in case you are not interested in Figma. Instrument shared Nike's Design System this week, which stands out for its simplicity.

My kid loves ‘Where is Waldo?’ I checked the story of Martin Hansford, and it’s so inspiring! It all started when he drew this album for the Vapors, an incredible piece of art. He says that it takes 8 weeks to complete a full two-page illustration. Great things take time.

This is a funny thread. Photoshop Beta allows you to do generative fill based on a selection. Have to check what generates when you give a sample of your face as a starting point. I tried on myself.
